Scorpa’s Crewing Section was established in March 1980. This was the start of our successful initiative to pool seamen which has thrived through to the present day. We are proud that many of our loyal and deeply experienced crew members have been contributing to high employment rates since then and to this day remain with us. Most of our senior seagoing crew joined us as juniors team members, steadily building their careers with us through the many opportunities we provide them.
